Sim Card Reader Help / Information

The Sim card reader is only capable of backing up and reading 2nd generation sim cards. That means it will not work with 3G sims (e.g Three).

There are two things you need to install to get it to work.

1. Drivers

You'll need to download the driver setup file and install it before you plug in the USB sim card reader.

2. Software

The sim reader works in conjunction with a programme called Sim Card Magic. We've zipped the setup files and made them available for download. Once you've downloaded the file, unzip them to a relevant directory and then run install.exe to start the installation process.
